This is a beautiful little painting, the composition reminiscent of the floral paintings by James Holland OWS, who was a painter for Davenport pottery in Longport. The painting is unsigned.
There are a few areas of minor discolouration to the paper, and a few small marks and scuffs to the frame, but overall the condition is excellent.
The overall dimensions including the frame are 33.5cm wide, 28cm high and 3.5cm deep. The image size excluding the frame is 22.5cm wide by 17cm high.
