This painting is unframed. It can be left unframed and leaned up on a shelf, or could of course be framed if preferred.

Gordon Clifford Barlow lived and worked in Wharfedale in the Yorkshire Dales, and most of his paintings are of rural landscapes in Yorkshire and elsewhere. He studied and later taught at Bradford School of Art. He exhibited at galleries in London and across the country.

Condition: There are small areas of wear around the edge of the canvas where it has been handled/stored. There are some small marks to the painting that don’t want to come off, and the rear of the painting is a little mildewed.
