The dresser is made from solid oak throughout and is therefore very heavy - the top detaches from the base which helps, but we would recommend removing the drawers to help with the weight of the base before attempting to move it. As those of you who have visited our little shop will know, it is up a flight of stairs - we’ve had some interesting times over the years carrying large pieces of furniture up and down, but this one is just that bit too big and heavy. It has therefore been photographed in our workshop, which is not ideal, so apologies if the photos aren’t as good as usual. That is also why I have removed the background to hide the mess!

This piece of furniture is of very good quality and offers a lot of storage space. It is made from well figured quarter sawn oak and has the original brass ring pull handles. It is very nicely designed and proportioned, and would make a wonderful statement piece in the right home.

Condition: There are some minor marks, dents and scratches to the wood. There is a split on the right hand side of the base. One of the handles on the bottom centre drawer has had the ring pull replaced. Overall in good condition.
